Your body is capable of just about anything. There are multiple versions of what Fit Is Not. Being fit is not a perception, it may or may not be the way you look. It is hard to tell who is fit and who is not without testing their capabilities.

What are you capable of doing in preparation for your training session determines how fit you are. At the beginning of your exercise routine, should be a steady state exercise lasting 30 minutes in duration.

Westfit’s clientele perform steady state and cardiovascular exercises at the beginning of every session. Our Training methodology leads to a lean functionally fit physique! Your body is capable of just about anything. Your desired outcome is determined by the amount of research you do, in regards to your fitness goals. Know exactly what you are looking for. There are exercises to suit every expectation. Professional Personal Trainers should lead you in the direction of your expectations with progressive exercise format.

No positive Adaptation comes without sacrifice. If you begin an exercise program without changing your habits, your body will form Positive adaptations along side your poor habits. Westfit has trained clients that had not given up their smoking habits. In their initial training session these clients were unable to run 1k. After a few months of training, they were able to run 5k without giving up smoking!  Clients that continued to eat poorly along side their training, become Physically fit with poor body composition. Don’t be fooled by the appearance of the fit body's gym. If you are engaged in regular Resistance Exercises, your body’s defence is Adaptations. These Adaptations to exercise, leaves these individuals with limited capabilities and functions.

Westfit Personal Trainer trains their clients by muscle sequencing. Every exercise is personally tailored specifically in conjunction with muscle working, limb by limb and in groups. Our Methodology makes your muscles collectively stronger leaner and functional in the end.

To be classified as fit, your body should be able to run for longer than 30 minutes continually, cycle for 30 minutes or more, perform push-up and sit-ups before, during or after weight bearing exercises. Do not judge the physical appearance
of a person in a negative or positive light until you see how their body performs. In the pursuit of your goal of being Physically fit, is less important to appear physical fit than to be Functionally Fit.
